Our founder

Erwin founded SpySecure in 2025 to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible and manageable for growing organizations that lack the scale, expertise, or budget to manage complex security environments themselves.

Erwin has a background in building and scaling technology-driven organizations. Prior to SpySecure, he led multiple companies in digital and IT-intensive environments and worked with fast-growing businesses and private equity firms on professionalization, scalability, and cyber risk management.

With experience in building and leading organizations of 600+ employees, operations in 15+ countries, and responsibility for budgets exceeding 100M, he approaches cybersecurity as a business risk rather than a technical issue that can be delegated to IT.

Through his professional experience in Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, China, and the United States, Erwin brings a global perspective to local challenges. He began his career at McKinsey & Company and Rocket Internet.
