What is the difference between antivirus and EDR?+

Antivirus recognises and blocks known malicious files. EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) looks at behaviour: it sees when a process behaves suspiciously, even if it is not a known virus, and can stop it immediately and isolate the device. We use both.

Which devices does it work on?+

On laptops, desktops and servers running Windows, macOS and Linux.

Can we keep our current security software?+

Already using security tools? Then we look together at whether we can work with them. Everything else you need is included in your subscription.

Will employees notice anything?+

Hardly. The protection runs in the background. We only step in when there is a threat, and then you will hear from us.
